Deadline
Continental Portugal: 1 to 2 business days (applicable to orders paid until 4 pm).
Orders received after this time will only be processed on the following business day.
Madeira: 2 to 3 business days
Azores: between 5 to 7 business days.
Europe: 1 to 2 business days (applicable to orders paid by 4 pm)
Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday (excluding local or national holidays). The deadlines assume that there are no physical or structural impediments (eg incorrect addresses, force majeure, etc.).
Cotton Brothers may only ship orders after receiving confirmation of receipt of payment.
Orders are sent to an address of your choice (except for Items).
When you complete the purchase, you can choose a delivery location for the shipment, which may or may not be the same as the billing address. This feature allows you to send to a different address than usual, for example, to your workplace.
If you want to change the shipping address after the completion of your order, you should contact us because this action may incur additional costs, depending on the new destination intended.
With the confirmation of the order, you will be sent an email with a tracking number that you can use to locate your order by going to the carrier's website.
Continental Portugal the carrier is NACEX (www.nacex.es)
Azores and Madeira will be sent by CTT (www.ctt.pt)
Europe will be sent by DHL (www.dhl.com)
The shipping costs associated with the order are invoiced by order, ie if you order more than one item; you will only pay once for the shipping costs. 

Taxes and customs fees
Orders sent to countries outside the EU, or with customs and tax policies different from most EU countries, may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees collected in the country of destination (Import Taxes).
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to Import Fees at the time the shipment arrives in his / her country. The recipient can bear additional customs clearance charges.
COTTON BROTHERS does not control these charges, nor can it make an estimate.
Customs policies vary greatly from country to country; the customer should contact the local customs office for more information. Where customs clearance procedures are required, there may be a delay in relation to the estimated time of dispatch.
