After receiving the order, the customer has a period of 30 days to return his article keeping its original characteristics, without having to indicate the reason for reimbursement.
If the article is defective we will exchange it at no additional cost, in the event of a stock breach it will be compensated for the entire amount paid. The refund can be made by bank transfer or voucher. To make the return you should go to your customer area and request it.
For cancellations you should contact us through the email firstname.lastname@example.org ti inform us. We’ll cancel the order at no cost if it has not yet been sent. If your order is already in transit you will have to bear the cost of shipping. When you return an order on your own and there is no defect, it will be refunded only the value of the item (s). The amount to be refunded will be the amount paid less the shipping costs. The refund will be made within 3-5 days from the arrival of the return to our facilities.
